It’s been a long time since July 2019 when I last attended a UK airshow, it really does seem like an age. However a few weekends ago I attended the Midlands Air Festival 2021 on behalf of UK Airshow Review.

As the largest event to be held since the COVID pandemic began, how would the event would pan out over three days at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire? Would the mix of Hot Air Balloons, together with debuts from the Red Arrows, Typhoon and the new Russian Spitfire work at this venue?
